SOS Customer-Consigned Inventory programs provide relief from carrying inventory "on the books" while maintaining a steady flow of components.
Vendors manage production-level inventory at or near the customer site for the customer to draw from when needed.
Required inventory levels are established by customer forecasts and demand patterns, and are available immediately to cover production demands.
